✨🌬Today I’ve been called to contemplate what a healthy relationship looks like— This is a topic that continues to develop more and more as frequent shifts occur— And, as I’ve been delving much deeper into the fabric of who I am along with reflecting upon the trauma bonds I continue to clear & detach from— In return, a huge surge of growth has sprouted and I, like a flower, am ready to open and expand taking as much time as natur•ally required giving careful consideration to my vision for the L♥️VE I am open to receiving in each of my now moments— Without judgement, I’ve noticed some of the old paradigm coming up for re•view, which allows me to re-evaluate where I currently hold my self in relation to WORTH & ACCEPTANCE— past players•behaviors•what I would once allow due to a lack of holding strong boundaries have all resurfaced— this time, when a player shows up mimicking the same patterns•behaviors as the last— I exercise my free will in a loving way that honors within me — the space where I’ve raised my vibration and I no longer spend energy on people•places•things that do not serve me-immediately posing a 🚩 red flag— a warning•a sign someone displays demonstrating a lack of healthy boundaries•someone who makes false promises•a person who moves without integrity— among exhibiting other low frequency qualities.♥️ Once the ability to pick up on these red flags is mastered— it becomes easier to see them right away v. days•weeks•months•years later once enmeshment causes the lesson to be more difficult and painful. ♥️ I believe a healthy relationship requires tremendous perseverance through the darkness understanding the grass is never greener— that the true work of a relationship is commitment which is constantly changing-calling lovers•friends• family to inherit flexibility during exchanges of sacred energy— accepting one another in truth without trying to alter the other•challenging in a loving and encouraging way so that together growth• expansion•higher levels of consciousness can be attained. ♥️ VULNERABILITY— with the intention to hold space & do the work we came to do! #love #healthyrelationships #higherconsciousness #truth #attraversiamo #alchemy
